Shuts off a lot

Doesn't work 90% of time. Just shuts off in the middle of game. Free version is good, I was happy, but once I purchased more levels, game sucked

Been playing this game for awhile so that I can get my gems on kingdoms of Camelot and they still haven't showed up. Where are they?
