Drag and drop furniture, fixtures and appliances into your plan – more than 2000 items are included with the app for free. Test material combinations using over a thousand included materials, or import your own seamless textures or camera photos.

You can design your plan using three different modes:
• The layout mode, where you add, remove, shape, and arrange entire rooms.
• The 2D mode, where you furnish the plan from a two-dimensional top vi
• The 3D mode, where you can walk through the plan in three-dimensional perspective, decorate it using a wide variety of furniture, fixtures and appliances, and apply materials to walls, floors and object

When your 3D scene is ready, tap a button and bring it to life using our cutting edge cloud render technology. The images produced by TapGlance are so real, most people will not be able to tell they were designed on a tablet device. In many cases, the results will far exceed even professional 3D applications, with little or no effort on your side.

NOTE - Cloud renders are performed on a dedicated high-end server farm and require an in-app purchase. TapGlance includes a free non-photorealistic render mode.

TapGlance is based on our award winning “Interior Design for iPad” app. With hundreds of thousands of users, and the distinction of being one of TIME magazine’s top 50 best apps in the world, we were compelled to push the boundaries and create this next generation interior design experience. It offers more than 75 new features and improvements as well as the revolutionary cloud render technology.

Features & Highlights:

Cloud Render (3D) - Combining cutting edge technology with hundreds of dedicated servers, TapGlance can transform your 3D scene into a photo-realistic image. The cloud render service uses real world lighting system, taking into account the environment you choose and the artificial light sources you place in your scene.

Direct Object Manipulation (2D, 3D) - Quickly move, rotate and scale any object in the scene using real-time transform handles. Easily change door and window locations by dragging them around, in 2D or 3D mode.

Stairwells (2D,3D) - Drag a staircase to a plan and TapGlance can automatically create the stairwell and build the correct railing. You can, of course, do these manually if you wish.

Cameras (3D) - TapGlance supports an unlimited number of cameras, so you can quickly and easily move between saved views of your plan and render from the same vantage point every time.

TapGlance offers auto-renewal subscription. The app itself and its content is completely free, while renders and a few professional features like 4K renders and custom logo require a subscription which auto-renews every 30 days unless cancelled.

Please read the following about the auto-renewable nature of subscriptions:
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews at the end of your current subscription period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior to end of the current period.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Easy to use, but . . .
cosfordparker

I like this app. It has some features I really appreciate, like multiple floors, stairways that actually go to a higher floor, "breaks" that create open ceilings, decent (but not great) materials options to name a few. The ability to create a new material is nice, as is identification of one you've already used. On the other hand, there is no roof option, rooms cannot be resized except on the build page, and furniture types are limited. Outside wall coverings are limited to stone, brick and stucco. Window shutters are also missing. There's more, both pro and con - but all in all - I like this app.

Needs a few more things
KAT1000000000

Love this app, but it needs a few more things: Add roof dimensions Add sunroof Add better pools Add add tennis courts and basketball courts Make the animals move around the house

Great for visual people
Owner of 5 kids

Got the app to create a 3-D image of the house we are building. App is easy to use and quite functional for amateurs. I wish there was a little more flexibility and customization with things like designing modular closets, cabinets and shelving. But otherwise, it's a great product for only $10. Please keep adding new features.

Good not great
AbracaVideo

Skylights would be nice. Modify does not always work on objects that have been duplicated. Navigation in walk through difficult. The "in app purchases" are a bit pricey. Good for getting a rough idea of how furniture will fit in a room.

Easy to use/ Needs more (and updated) "Object" & "Material" choices
Hard Working Golfer

Watched the tutorial 3 times and was on my way (a familiarity with computers not necessary but helpful with this program). Created a room with accurate dimensions and started placing items in less than one hour. Small learning curve. There's more than one way to adjust sizing, which is very helpful, especially for small items. Starts out a little "clunky" to use but gets easier as you become familiar with accessing the options. Once you get going, you realize how limited the Object & Material selections are. Not nearly enough kitchen cabinet variations. Flooring should also be updated. Has been a great help in visualizing my kitchen plans. Love the ability to do a virtual walk-thru. Will use it for other room redesigns. Glad I invested the time and $10. 8/9/17 Update - Been working with the app for about a week and increasing the review to 5 stars. There were more Objects and Materials than first realized (app should still be upgraded to include ceiling fans, toaster ovens, and other items - though with what is provided you can improvise). Brought my iPad to a Kitchen Design meeting and my plans greatly assisted with getting to the point of what I'm looking to achieve. Allowed me beforehand to work with different designs and narrow down my likes and dislikes. Such an enjoyable tool that I've expanded from kitchen to designing the rest of the house, including outdoor landscaping. Great app if you set aside a little time and patience to get used to working with it.

Best simple app
Mom2play

Love this app. Have used it through 4 moves to sort out spacing and placement as well as color scheme. Always useful. Love the updated furnishings options, too.

BEST INTERIOR DESIGN APP!
CBS Music Gal

I love this App. I used Blackmana's Interior Design for IPad, then switched to TapGlance which contains all our comments from previous design App. Blackmana's customer support is also superior. There are areas of improvement which we users have mentioned over the last few months. Hopefully they will be addressed over time in updated versions. New accessories, updated furniture, Roof or roof lines, ability to control ceiling height in each room. Exterior curved pathways and exterior designs, plants, etc. I would gladly purchase the upgrade or an "Exterior Design" for iPad! This App still gets 5 Stars from me regardless.

Love this app for home design!

Tapglance, while not a "complete" architectural design solution, is great for developing floor plans, choosing flooring and colors, and playing around with furniture placement. It's an awesome tool for kitchen/bathroom design. We're building a new house and Tapglance makes it easy to create and visualize the different floor plans that we're interested in. What you can do: - create a multi floor home and layout rooms any way you want - delete walls to create "open" floor plans - copy your plans to try out and save different options - add furniture, appliances, cabinets - change materials on any feature of any object in your design (floors, walls, doors, windows, furniture, appliances, cabinets) - add decorations like vases, flowers, and pictures on the wall with photos from your photo library - save screenshots of the various views available of your floor plans - view your floor plans in 3d mode & walk through your home What you can't do: - can't design or visualize the roof - no framing, electrical, plumbing design - no true architectural plan output - no landscaping But, that said, Tapglance is very powerful and easy to use. We're meeting with the builder next week and plan on showing him our Tapglance plans. Can't wait!

Good but need help
Ripped off!

This is by far the easiest app I've used but I'm redoing my bathroom and I'd like to change the size of the tile (to 12x24) and the ability to only tile the bottom half of the wall. Can't figure out how to do either of those. I'd also like to maybe upload photos of my tile or flooring or.... A few tweaks and this would be the awesomest!
