My cameras were working fine until they went with this app. now they won’t connect.

I have been using this app for YEARS. Works great! People who say they can only access over WiFi- this is a setting in your phone not the app. Go to your phone or tablet settings, go to the settings for the app and make sure it has access to cell.

This company is absolutely the worse in Customer Support and in providing a usable software monitoring app. Initially everything worked perfectly with WirePath Surveillance app and Mac WiFi software. All of a sudden monitoring headed South with the only response from their Support was use the TapCMS App. TapCMS is worthless and SnapAV QUIT providing any support on the App. If you buy from SnapAV I guarantee they will drop support for your DNR. If you have a WPS-100-DVR-8CH then SnapAV has dropped you like a rock and is unable to support you any longer. Morons answer the phone and can not provide any workable support on TapCMS software. Post your problem here. I believe that if enough negative post are posted here a possible Class Action Lawsuit can be filed. Don’t wait any longer. Post your negative remarks here now.
Only works with WiFi

This app used to be amazing but it only works if you are connected to WiFi which is absolutely useless! The whole point is to be able to remote in from anywhere. I wish the developers modify this app!

This upgrade is terrible and a waste of time. Before this “upgrade” I was having no problems. GARBAGE!!!!

Continuously receive “Connection Failed” message. I have to attempt to open over and over until it finally connects. Search tools don’t always work.

For as much as I spent on a camera system, I would expect an app that works. Please fix this. Can only view on home WiFi... pointless as I am most concerned to view when I’m away from home!

This used to be a good app, but with the iOS 7 update it completely stopped working. Now it doesn't launch at all and there appears to be no support and no way to contact the developer.
