Bugs + misused and excessive CWs/TWs

One star for the app, an extra star for the content. I love the selection, but there’s quite a few typos and the app is prone to bugs. It’s improved some, but it’s still irritating. The content/trigger warnings are also quite excessive and unnecessary and in some cases aren’t even applicable. For example, a prologue I just read had a male character on top of a female character to kill her, but there was a CW for sexual harassment, which… isn’t it since as I just said he was there to kill her. Moreover, while I understand the need for content warnings in general and I appreciate this as someone who read manga and books without any warnings whatsoever in the past (I am in my mid-20s and have been enjoying manga since middle school), sometimes they can spoiler everything in light of the previous chapter, unless the reader lacks media literacy. I think rather than it’d be better to have a separate page with a /comprehensive/ list of content and trigger warnings. This way, it avoids spoiling readers who are binging or following along but alerts people beforehand. If I, for one, were to suddenly encounter something I couldn’t stand in the middle of a series I’d drop it because I couldn’t bear to read that but I wouldn’t want to miss it either.

This app is so amazing its the best place too see comics and novels and the ways you have to get ink is pretty cool and I really focus while reading and write notes down while going down the journey.

I like this app, though just a few thoughts. The ink points say can get 30 if watching ads, and I have no problem with that, but I can only get 10 ink point. Whenever I try to watch more it show that some ads are unavailable. So it’s annoying and unfair to only get 10 instead it have 30. This app needs new adjustments Almonte with lowering the ink price for reading stories
Amazing app but too many bugs

I love this app but it has far too many bugs. I’ll be on it for about 30 or so minutes and it will freeze, close out of the app, and then take forever to load back up. Also I have books on my subscribed list that I have not subscribed to and no matter how many times I try to get them off they won’t leave. This app would be even more amazing than it already is if you could fix these small but very annoying bugs. Thank you!
I lost everything

Don’t use this app it’s terrible. The stories are great but they will not help you if something happens to you. I deleted the app because it wouldn’t let me enter it and when I redownloaded it and signed back in it had deleted everything. Non of the stories I had been reading were there, all the ink that I had purchased was gone and all the episodes that I unlocked weren’t there and I have put a lot of money into it and when I messaged them about they never responded to me, it has been almost a month since emailed them about it and I have not gotten a response from them. This app is just a scam and it will just take you money and do nothing to help you.

I know the creators have to get paid but at least give us some free ink sometimes instead of watching ads and downloading apps. Overall tho the comics are really good

For some reason this App no longer recognizes my Apple ID. I have reached out directly to Tapas on multiple emails and no response. Apple is also unable to assist and nor will they refund all the money I have spent on content that I can no longer access. I suggest anyone using this app do so very carefully.

Great content, lousy functionality. If something is ready for me to watch as a wait-for-free item, why is the app constantly sending me to get more ink? And once it sends me to the ink store from the wait-for-free area, there’s no back button - I have to exit out of the app completely to start it up again. I used to check the app daily, but now it’s just so frustrating. A change in UI and how they indicate which episodes are actually available would help a ton.
