Abandoned the game. Very CHEAP, frugal, frowzy, schlocky, shabby, sleazy developers. Can't even finish the game without being forced to spend money for STARS. Their LOTERY is preprogrammed and takes more money than it ever gives. They abandoned their players so I will never get another game from them!!! No conversion between wild tokens and stars. CHEAP, CHEAP - shame on the developers.

I usually do not enjoy playing games where you "expand your village/kingdom, (or in this case) zoo", because once you get to a certain level, you must wait days or even weeks to proceed unless you pay money for in-game purchases. Pocket Gem's Tap Zoo is the complete opposite of most games like it. You may have to wait for cross-breeding, training, collecting revenue, or the nursery, but all other features are simple and easy, but certainly not boring. For instance, when you buy something, it immediately is added to the zoo, and you don't have to wait. The tutorial is not overbearing either, and you are not forced to perform different objectives. Also, to add on to my earlier statement, the game is not one that almost forces you to purchase in-game to progress. "Stars" and "Coins" are the currencies in the game. Both you can buy with real money; however, after achieving level 5, gaining "coins" without making a purchase is relatively easy, all you need is patience to collect the animals' revenue. You gain "stars" by leveling up. Overall, this game is a joy to play, and after having the app for three days, and not spending any money, I have reached level 8, I have begun to collect over 40,000 coins every morning from my animals' revenue, and I have absolutely fallen in love with this game. To conclude, I have one complaint: I do not enjoy having to pay for something I should've just earned. To get the mermaid, you have to download "Paradise Cove", which I did. Then it said that I had to level up to level 2 in the other game. Then it said that I have to pay 50,000 coins to get the mermaid. I thought that downloading "Paradise Cove" would've been enough? No. The same thing happened when I completed the "Beginners Collection" of 4 gorillas, 4 giraffes, and 4 crocodiles. Then I have to pay 8,500 coins to get the Togo Mouse that I earned. In this way, I do not appreciate the game. This is why I took away one star. Sincerely, a pleased fan of Tap Zoo

Boooo....I’ve been playing for years & now you won’t update to the ios11. Such BS to leave us hanging like that.

I absolutely love this game since a long time ago maybe when it started. I lost my iPad and I just found it but the reason for one star is that there is no update for iOS 11 so now it doesn’t open at all wish they would do and update but I’m not sure.

This app is awesome! I enjoy building my zoos bigger and bigger. But with the latest update I can’t get back to my zoos. Please update to ISO 11.
