Can’t prestige

I love tap titans and I recently got it back and started playing. Once I got to somewhat higher level I started to experience problems. I wasn’t able to prestige which is extremely important to the overall gameplay and I was able to get the day five reward. Every time I tried doing either of those things it would always say connect to internet when I had full bars. I seriously doubt this review will be seen and something will actually be done about it. Please fix this problem I've seen multiple reddit pages saying people are having the same problem.

I’ve been playing the game for a while and now that I want to prestige there’s a bug! And I also can’t play with my friend using the friend code! Terrible game the developers stopped caring for it a while back!

Keeps telling me to connect to internet to save progress even though I am connected to the internet. Also the developers haven’t updated the game in years.
