Until they give me my gold I purchased my rating is staying at 1 star customer support is very poor so far and they don't seem to care

Their customer service is below one star they never transfer my gold and don't care at all. It takes them two days to answer simple email and that's it no action at all. I played many games but never ever experience such problems
