I like this game but after it crashes two times on you taking all the your progress it’s a little disappointing and when it crashes it takes all the gem I bought. please fix it

There are times where my game crashes and it sets me back a bit and recently all my gems disappeared but yea pretty good game.
User experience deserately needs reworking

While very far from the best idle/tapper out there, it's not the worst. But the ad system really needs to be overhauled. They CONSTANTLY want to show you ads, and quite frankly you're better off, time-wise, opting to not watch them. The ad playing system is very clunky and slow, taking way too long to start and close, and then there are non-ads that don't even let you simply close them when they're done, but instead force you to interact with the non-ad directly. Ain't nobody got time for that.
Game is glitched.

Went to open the game and all the skills don’t work and show the warriors button. I lost all my gems and my landmarks didn’t show up. Got back up to lvl 61 and every attack just said miss. I reset and now my landmarks are back, but I’m still missing my gems and the skills don’t work. I emailed help and no response.
