I really enjoyed this game last Christmas season and gave it 5 stars. This year it is stuck on the "Visit Neighbor" tutorial. It tells you to visit a neighbor, then can't find a neighbor. Frustrating!?

This is very disappointing... Holiday hotel was my favorite game and now it " can't connect to my service" which my service is perfectly fine. Can't they come out with another update that will fix it already??

It's a great game and I love it, but it needs more updates for rooms and animals so that it can grow like the regular Pet Hotel!!! I keep leveling up but I have no new offers for new animals.
Real slow and annoying

I logged in once and I went through the tutorial, but then an arrow appeared under options and told me to visit a neighbor. I tried, but it said no neighbors found. It is also pretty slow and glitchy.
Worst game ever! >:-O Deleting it.

It's no fun without goals! My opinion: I like Pet Hotel better than Holiday Hotel. Right now, I'm deleting it. 1 star for you, Holiday Hotel! Holiday Hotel Animals: Oh, no! Don't delete the app! Me: Yes I can! >:D -Deletes app- -The Holiday Hotel animals began to cry- I'm stuck on the "Visit Neighbor" Tutorial. I'm stuck on the tutorial everyday.

This game is full of bugs. There also needs to be a way to visit random players to add them as neighbors. This needs to be done immediately so those that are stuck in that part of the tutorial can actually finish it and open up the rest of the features of the game.

I just downloaded the game and yet i get stuck at the very beginning due to not being able to visit neighbors. I tried many times and i waited plenty long enough. This game needs to be fixed especially if its broken at the beginning. I wouldnt suggest downloading it until the app is fixed.
