Had to pay $8 for a service I didn’t have

I had the trial of Tap and it was alright, but the stories became boring so I stopped using the app. After a while I remembered I still had it and just uninstalled it to save space, and, after adding an iTunes gift card to my balance, I’d immediately been charged $8 despite not having using or even having the app. I was given a $10 gift card as a gift from a friend and instantly lost literally 80% of it because of this app. It’s sad such a bad app came from Wattpad even though Wattpad is amazing.

It’s a great app it’s just stupid that it blocked a photo of someone sticking their tongue out!!! And why aren’t we allowed to send vids???

I love the game but I think we should be able to change our passwords. I have been having problems with that and I don’t like it. I got a new phone and I downloaded Tap in it and I don’t even remember my password from TWO YEARS AGO!!!! As you can see I have had the account for so long how am I supposed to remember the password TWO YEARS LATER!?!?

Get rid of the gem system.. i pay a subscription and the gem system is really ridiculous.. all I want to do is tap my way through a story.. if I am paying there shouldn’t be a gem having to be collected.. rethink your subscription process.

I LOVE TAP SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??? This app is so good it gives me things to do other then just play like ROBLOX. I have already written my first story called The other man I have no taps on it but still This app is great I recommend it 100.500%

This app is so annoying.... When you first open the app, you have to go through a story that you DONT want to read. After one chapter of the story I was forced to read, I though that it would let me close out and choose my own..... I was wrong. I couldn’t close out of the story so I had to wait like 3 hours before I got more taps. So basically you get to tap on a screen ten times, wait a couple of hours to get more, and then go through that process until your done reading the WHOLE story. The problem with this is that the story’s they choose are so long. I’ve had this app for almost a week, and I’m still not done with the story. Absolutely ridiculous. I love Wattpad, but this app is just trash and it needs to be removed from the App Store. I just deleted the app maybe 20 minutes ago, so I’ll never know how it feels to get to actually choose your own story.....
