no in-app or out of app support. i bought a .99¢ deal that included 100 gems, 6B coins and 1 key and i'm missing the 6B coins, i never got them.

It's a cool time burner that's very addicting. I downloaded it from an gem advertisement from another game and haven't gone back to the first game. Lol
