Game is gone

Been playing for some time. Leveled up to 57. Log into game and everything's gone. Gotta start over. Huge waste of money unless they fix it for me.

Don't ever lose your account. No customer service

Original, I gave the game 5 stars because you don't have to pay for a lot to advance and I assumed they have some sort of customer service if something were to happen. But, I'm wrong and changing to one star. In short, after a replacement iPhone (reloaded from iTunes back up) I can't access my account through in game process nor received ANY response through customer service and Facebook. I will change my rating if someone from customer services contacts me and helps!

Game will not load after downloading it. Error message telling me "check my connection." There in nothing wrong with my connection. Game has been deleted!!!
