The Tango Tango app offers push-to-talk communication with other Tango Tango users along with GPS tracking, secure messaging, emergency alerting, and PTT call recording.
Tango Tango can also be integrated with your existing two-way radio system that you have today. Any two-way radio network type is supported and can be integrated to Tango Tango.
With a Tango Tango integration to your traditional radio system, you can both transmit and receive with your existing radio users from your iPhone or iPad from anywhere in the world. Your existing radio users can talk into their radio as they always have and you can talk back from your iOS device.
Note: The Tango Tango app is a supplement to your existing radio system and is not intended as a complete replacement for a two-way radio in critical situations. Our app is robust, but, availability will depend on a cellular or wifi network.
Note: This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.

Our department loves using this service. The PTT feature is so convenient and helps us talk to each other. We also love that it lets us talk to other departments.

This app would be more user friendly if, instead of having to “lock out” channels one by one, you could simply “lock in” to channels by one touch.

Okay so uhhh why don’t they have an option to create an account?? It just gives me the option to sign in. So it’s useless. Even looked on the web and have found no way to create a username and password. Stupid.

We have had a demo for a bit now. Even though it does not get used everyday it is a very impressive tool. The staff have been GREAT to work with and they have made some tweaks to try and improve the system for us. It gets better day by day and they are very responsive to our suggestions. We are looking forward to future improvements.

Would be nice if you could tap to unselect a channel like you canna contact. Works on Android version. Also would be useful to have a louder alert tone. And you can't rename personal groups once they are created. A more in depth guide about different user groups would be nice.
