This is the only app that doesn’t have live vs and I love it.. haven’t came across any negatively. Pay out is better then other apps. Can’t complain but I can say the premium has changed and it should go back to the old premium

I bought a coins to Support the my favorite streamer in this program but never got my coins and I talked to the customer service they never replied to my messages and never sent me any emails to solve my problem and still never replied to my messages

I have 1 account that was with my cell phone number and email and I tried to open and it won't let me, open a new account, as if it were the first time And in customer service it doesn't have as such, the only thing they write is I'm just a robot! And with that they solve.

Fans donated around 2,000$ worth of gifts only to be told that the creator cannot withdrawal because he needs to be “approved”. When talking with staff, they had some serious attitude. I was trying to help out the creator to get the money he earned. They won’t tell him when he can withdrawal. Only said, “just give it a while”. Super frustrating to see him struggle while money just sits there in his account. Garbage app. Just use twitch or tiktok.

I am actually stop using this site because the site bans you even in your premium you will get banned if you are being provocative and being an adult entertainer in your premium you still get banned what is the point of having a premium if you’re still going to block people also your site is too sensitive People have been getting then’s for a nip slip for the little stuff and you guys are banning people for a day and then the same people are back on in 20 minutes and then sometimes the same people don’t even get in trouble
