This is an amazing combination of App and Book! Very fun and useful. As a father, I learned about how my thoughts affect my parenting. Working with my son on several of the exercises, he was able to see how his "thought monster" affects his experience of school. A VERY fun App!

I downloaded this app for my 11 year old daughter who also has the paperback book and wow, what a fantastic interactive app! She spends a lot of time on this app and its really been a useful tool for her. This is a great educational app for the whole family.

This app is wonderful for kids and adults alike. It's interactive (being able to color is a blast!) and extremely easy to absorb the information. The author's voice is soothing, relaxing, and warm. I highly recommend this app!!

My daughter loves this app. She enjoys reading about the characters, coloring the pictures and listening to the app. She’s talking about her feelings framing them with what she’s learned inside this app. Such a delight to see my kiddo talk so much about her feelings. She’s pretty shy and it’s nice to see her exploring feelings in such a fun and interactive app. I’ve even peeked at it myself a time or too and colored in a few pics just to see what she’s so excited about.

We colored, we played, we laughed and giggled. My granddaughter says that it is "so fun that we didn't even learn anything!" ;-) Little does she know!
