Can’t log in

I had this app before. I reinstalled to use it today. Tried to sign in with my Google account. I get an error that says my email has been used before. So I try the password reset. It errors and says my email was set up using a social login. So, I can’t sign in apparently ever again.

The idea of the app is brilliant honestly but a couple things that I would personally recommend is not censor what we can say. the app is to help us & it helps when we can express ourself in ways that we perceive without being told it’s wrong or “against community guidelines”. As there are settings within the app where are you can block what you don’t like or want to see. they could just make the app for adults who can handle some cuss words. other than that it’s cool. could be 100% free but that’s something that doesn’t interfere with how I express myself & it’s not that much

When people 16 or younger were allowed to have this app I was thankful to have it while it lasted. When I was 13-14 it was the hardest times of my life and strangers on this app were willing to give me advice as well as listen to my vents. Without them I probably wouldn’t have been able to grow out of those phases as good as I have. This app was there for me when I needed it most and for the future, too.

I use this app to dump emotional trauma instead of keep it on my chest. It doesn’t remove reality but it makes my chest feel a lot less lighter.

I came here for support and within just a few minutes had someone say something rude to me. Immediately deleted the app. I suggest if you want to vent don’t come here you’ll feel worse.
