Great game but needs fixes

Dear Developers I enjoy this game but I have a glitch it happens all the time, when a contest is out like a winter contest to get candy canes it dose not show me until it’s 3 days left of it… it’s hard to get new characters when that happens. From an 8 year old.

I was enjoying my game I was playing Angela and when she got hit by the truck it pushed her against the screen and I saw a man in her eyes I immediately deleted the game but when I tried to delete from cloud it wouldn’t let me so I reset my phone and tried again still didn’t work so I tried hero dash to calm me down and same thing happened also I saw an ad for gold run and pressed the X and it redownloaded onto my phone so I deleted it but it wouldn’t let me. Anyone reading this take my story and use it for good and not get this app or hero dash
Good game and sometimes inappropriate adds

The game is good game. Graphics and colors are very appealing. To me it is a 5 star game that I comfortably allow my kids to play. However, I realized that age-inappropriate adds are appearing that I wouldn’t like my 4 years old to be exposed I hope it can be fixed
