I ow all talking apps Billy is the most adorable one. He is ver cute i love his voice.
Incredibly clunky interface

The app shows a blank white screen while you record sounds, then simply plays back the unaltered recording with the mouse animation. Then you're back to a blank white screen. It's all choppy and poorly executed. Waste of a dollar.

This application is very nice. Billy is very cute and so much fun to play with. The only thing is that sometimes a blank white screen appears instead of billy. Once they fix this i'll raise my rating to 5 stars

Annoying and Unfinished

The creators of this app seem to have a good idea, but Billy is unfinished. You get a white screen 95% of the time unless you tap one of the icons. Then you see a brief animation of Billy, and then black to white screen. Plus, his voice is totally annoying. This app should be avoided.
