A waste of an awesome game with great potential. Great graphics, combat mechanics are there, but need work. I feel like this is one of those games that everyone got hyped for and then was let down big time. The combat is extremely repetitive, the sound effects and soundtrack sound like they came from haunted mansion with Eddie Murphy, and, as far as I can tell, there’s no objective. I played for about 2 hours and I just ran around this huge castle where everything looks the same and killed perfectly identical monsters

I had a lot of fun with this game. No regrets. It's an enjoyable moody experience that brings back nostalgia from earlier action dungeon games.

I very much enjoyed this game and finished it up in two play sessions. It reminded me very much of some of my personal all time favorites such as Blade of Darkness, Drakkan: Order of the Flame and the King's Field/Demon/Dark Souls games which is a massive plus. This game was a lot of fun for me and well worth the $1.99 I laid out for it. Hope to see more of this stuff in the future.

This COULD have been a great game. It has the look - even better than most of its kind. But the controls ruin this game to no end - just hopeless! The game uses a V-stick for looking left/right, and 'up' for hit, 'down' to block. But it is no responsive, so when you are walking and looking, you stagger around like a drunkard. If this game got rid of the right V-stick, and used buttons and the right-half-to-look- control scheme, this game would be second-to-none. But as it it, it is unplayable and not even worth half a star. I advise the developers to go back and re-do the controls, this time without trying to be "innovative" but instead ruining the game.

It's a great game I would have given it a five star if it wasn't for the controls they should have put buttons for attack and block instead of using a v-stick except for that the game is great

Never heard about this game until it went on sale so I thought I'd take a chance on it and glad I did. The graphics, lighting, animations and everything feel very well done. The combat gameplay is really good with block and attack with a green stamina bar that makes you think when to block or attack. Weapons can be leveled and gain new weapons and level design is good. Controls are great especially with an MFi gamepad it feels like I'm playing a console game. Very well done. This one needs more exposure, worth the money

Nice graphics, solid idea...I read someone stating a Dark Souls feel to it...accurate assessment. There is definitely someone interesting and captivating. The touch controls are a little different and are a bit of a hindrance. Sliding your finger up on the right side of the screen to attack, and down to block felt...awkward. Having the option to tap the screen to attack would feel more natural. Sliding your finger left to right to pan the screen felt normal but needs the ability to adjust sensitivity. It would be nice to have touch control options to help this game excel.

This game right here. This is what I hope for each time I download a game in the App Store. A game that feels polished where I am focused on the game and not the Home Button to delete it. This game brings me back to the Super Nintendo Playstation era. It takes a few encounters of monsters in the game to get the hang of the combat with on-screen swiping. Then it's back to exploring the castle you're in and figuring out what to do with your new found powers. For example you must use the light to see in the dark area. Although you can't break jars for items you do gain new items. Great game. Great job Ravn Studio
