Each game follows it's official rules and regulations; Horseshoes is endorsed by the National Horseshoe Players Association (NHPA). Cornhole scoring follows rules published by the American Cornhole Association (ACA).

Animated tosses and realistic sound effects.

Swing or Flick - Accurate swing detection for speed, pitch angle and aim. Twist your iPhone/iPod Touch to the left or right during a swing to affect where you throw, release later in your swing higher for more air time. Flick mode captures speed, angle of release and aim to zero in on the target.

AI opponents - What fun would a game be without competition? Computer controlled opponents challenge you at each game.

Tournament Mode - Ready for a challenge? Tournament mode pits you against more difficult AI opponents in each round. Do you have what it takes to win the gold? Unlock the championship for the most difficult opponents.

Stats - Can't remember how many hole-ins you threw in Cornhole? Tracks your totals and most in a row.

Challenging and fun

Fun game that gets more challenging the further you progress. Each game in championship mode can take hours to beat if you can't keep your throws steady and your mind focused. Ladder golf is my favorite as it combines both strategy and skill, as well as a little bit of luck. In the absence of actual tailgating, this is a good way to spend some time.

I've never heard of washers, but that game is very addictive! Great graphics too!!!

You will have a barrel of fun with these games. I actually helped Ryan develop the horseshoe game to be as realistic and regulation as possible. If you click on the NHPA logo, it takes you directly to the NHPA website where you can learn everything there is to know about horseshoepitching.

Has potential, but...

Too expensive for its quality. Needs better physics, like horse shoes that actually tumble when they hit the ground. When bean bags hit the board they should stop instantly like in real life, not hit the board, then slide a few more inches. Same with horse shoes, they don't slide, they tumble. When you fix the phisics, I'll fix my review. Looking forward to updates.

Not a bad game, but the horseshoes and the bean bags need work. The horsehoes, when hitting the rear "board", sometimes slide backwards, with the open end of the shoe facing the board, not the pin, "onto" the pin for a ringer. Not very realistic. I played one game of shoes and got to 21 by getting 7 ringers, no points in the pit,again not very realistic.Bean bags "slide" too far when hitting the board, as another user suggests. Fix theses issues and you're on your way to an excellent app.
