No longer can adjust filter percentage

I have been using this great app for awhile. It offers some nice filters. However, I no longer can apply customized (%) on filters. (unsure if it was due to a recent app update) In editing mode it appears as though it is making the desired adjustment, but on save it reverts to 100%. As I rarely want the filter full strength, it is now pretty useless for me.
Won’t Open

I’m a huge fan of this app because I use to edit pictures of when I go to car meets, but lately there’s been an issue. This issue is that the app won’t open at all, I already deleted and reinstalled but I’m still having the same issue. There are also times where the app crashes in the middle of my edits.
Great app but keeps freezing

I think this app is great, but it keeps freezing and when I delete it and download it again I have to pay for all the plug ins.

I use this app daily. I ended up purchasing extra filters but, the free filters are really good.
