Keys? Really?

So, I’m the kind of person to not write reviews about mobile games. But Ankama, really?? Keys? About a year ago I saw this game, and played it for a ludicrous amount of time. Every time I had free time, it was spent on this game. The mechanics, the thoughts of creating my own personal boss, the defense system, these were all things I loved. The strategy genre isn’t really defined as well in mobile games compared to PC games. But this, it intrigued me. The combat was great, you had to tolerate the assigning of locations, know how defenses worked, and seek out the weak spots of each defense, it worked greatly as to how it made you think, and react (as how strategy games are supposed to be.) The defense system required thought and item management, you'd have to simultaneously save for upgrades, and save for your defenses, then plan those out, I really liked the concept. This all changed when keys happened. So, after a while I decided to get back into the game, and the feeling was nostalgic. It was like coming back to an old friend. An old friend who had a disease. This disease? Keys. Your literal, 50% of your income is now dependent on keys. The 20% is coming from your defenses (which luckily doesn’t have a permit system) And 30% from ads (which give you like, 4-7 coins?) If you were to remove the concept of keys It would cure this disease. But that’s not likely, honestly. Greed is a strong disease, it’s not cured that easily. All I hope is, that it gets cured. I now leave this fabled, once great game with a 1 star until the key system is removed, only then, I will see how the fog has cleared, and allow this game back into my life.
Pink/Purple Overrule

I really enjoy this game, I’ve probably found myself downloading and deleting this app around 5 time now, but I would just keep coming back. I would delete this game due to lack of interest when I was a little younger. But now that I’m a little older (13) I find myself enjoying this game a lot more, and now I’m pretty far in the game. But... there’s a problem. I chose the color green as my faction, I chose this because I wanted to be somewhat of a underdog as I thought people would choose more popular colors like red and blue (also because I chose other colors like red and blue in previous accounts) and I was right, green was not a majority. But you know what is majority... Pink and purple. Pink and purple continuously win the color war week after week, the only medal I have won from the color war (other then coins) in the “participation award”! Nothing else! People are bandwagoning onto the pink/purple team! I not sure of a way to fix this but “this” problem is sucking the joy out of playing! Please read this, if it wasn’t for this problem I would be rating this 5 stars.
