The best app ever, whenever I get sad or lonely, I decide to open up my phone and look at the taco johns app to make me feel better. I’m really sad most of the time, but taco johns app makes me feel better, if only for a little.

Not useful at all

So I’m sitting in the Taco John’s parking lot. I download the app, install it, create an account. When I go to place an order, it says that the nearest location is 28 miles away. Apparently the location that I’m literally sitting and staring at doesn’t exist, and I can’t mobile order or get rewards. Thanks for wasting my time.

I got a notification and an email telling me I would get a free meat and potato burrito but after 3 weeks I still haven’t received it. I also should have gotten a potato ole but also did not get that. I work at Taco Johns and it is very disappointing to see how this app fails.
Very inconvenient app

This app is not very well set up. I can’t view the menu easily at all nor does it show prices of the stuff I’m looking at. Furthermore it can’t find my location when trying to order, when I launched the app it found locations near me like about 1 mile away but then when I go to order all it shows is stuff that 50+ miles away. I can’t even search for the places near me because it says the place I’m looking for doesn’t exist.

It would be nice if, when the let me sign in with my Apple ID I could also pay with my apple credit or one of my cards I saved on my phone already

I love Taco Johns and prefer ordering in apps. But this app is pointless because literally NONE of the Taco Johns near me are options for ordering. Why have an app if most locations don’t use it?
