Terrible customer service

Tablet provides poor purchase protections and worse customer service. You’ll get better protections, service and rates elsewhere, which means they don’t add any value beyond a handy listing of hotels. So just use Tablet to search for hotels, but then book directly with hotels or another service. **Amended: see their response below - “We are not the problem, you are the problem.” Such helpful customer service!?**

There is no way to change passwords independent of calling customer service and having them give you a new password. This is not secure

If you don’t stay at a top destination, every hotel in every other city you search says “unavailable.” It’s such a joke, really.
Tablet to go!

My favorite travel website now has an app to go with it. This app has all the style and functionality Ive come to expect from TabletHotels.com with some amazing added perks and features such as the ability to reference Tablet Plus amenities on the fly. With this app I'll be sure to Travel Better!
Doesn't search cities

I tried looking for a hotel in Gatlinburg and it wouldn't let me type the city in. They when I got the city name in, it gave me hotels for Atlanta. DOES NOT WORK

This is the most streamlined booking app I've seen. Not only does it narrow down the hotel selection to the best hotels in the world, but it also escorts you through the booking process in a clear and efficient way. Great work!
