I was promised at 15.00 credit which never appears. Then I’m told it was credited to the wrong account. I have one. I try again and am told it will work now. Just open a tab and spend 16.00. I have tried this 3 times and every time I am told by Kenneth Grant that it’s on there now. This was after the first time so now 4 times I have open my tab and there is no credit. What kind of game is he playing with me. What kind of company should straight up lie to a customer. I am livid.
