Used to love this app but now it just shuts off in the middle of the workout.

Loved it until the app just shut off in the middle of high impact. When it stopped the first time I just thought it was a one time thing, and then it happened again in the middle of high impact.

This is the best helper which maximizes my workouts. I love that Tabata timer can completely customize the training plan... moves, duration, cycles, and Tabata songs. Fantastic!

It allows me to make my 4minutes workouts for the desired time. This Tabata timer app has audio prompts feature for every move or session you set up in advance, so I can just lock screen and listen. This experience is very good!

New to tabata? Love HIIT? This app has it all to get you started! It prompts you to warm up, rest in between each exercise, and cool down; all necessary for a safe workout. I like the countdown to the next activity and the vibration alerts definitely help get your attention.

A must have for working out! Squats, push ups, dynamic lunges, high knees, Spider crawl, leg lifts, plank jack, & knee crunches are the 8 standard moves. There s a word bank where you can add or remove moves to create your own workout. It s nice to be able to switch it up so you re not doing the same moves every day. You could do 6 moves or 26. It s all up to you!
