This app doesn't work at all. Hangs every time I open it. Saw a favorable review, so I thought I'd try it. I need an app to do diagnostics on my iPad since it is older and tends to be slow if too much is going on. I've got an iPad 2 running iOS 9.3.5

I am an Apple Tech in LA. This app allows for me to confirm the specs on each iPad and iPhone that I receive. It truly eliminates multiple steps via Apple.com and/or GSX. Great job, guys.
