Screenshots on iTunes aren't from this version of the app?

I'm aware that the language on the description says Japanese, but when it shows a screenshot in English, I expect it to look the same when I run it. Also, it doesn't have an Apps button on the bottom to see the other screenshot available. I'm guessing that the screenshots are from the full version (not the Lite). It's really annoying when developers do this. How hard is it to submit an app with screenshots from THIS VERSION of the app?
Is there an English option?

This looks like a great information utility. The preview pictures show all the information listed in English. Unfortunately I can only display a Japanese language version.
Looks useful, if only I could toggle to English from the default Japanese...

Looks like it'd be useful... if only I could figure out how to toggle an English display, like the screen caps depict. All I get is Japanese, which I can't read... Anybody??

I was hoping someone would someday make an app for the purpose of an activity monitor for the iphone/ipod touch. and, from looking at the screenshots this one looked good. The screenshots, are in english even though the only supported language is japanese! it honestly doesn't make sense! PLEASE ADD ENGLISH!

Interesting that the pics of this App are in English, but the App is in an Asian language without a selectable way to view it in English. The developer I'm sure made an error, but at this time, it is completely unusable.
