I found this program through the glass cannon podcast. I've found it very useful for creating good atmosphere for my 5e game. If your unsure of wether you want to purchase a particular sound pack the creator puts up excellent demo on YouTube that links from in the app.

I can’t have the app playing in the background and use anything else to actually run the game. So every time i switch screens sound stops. This makes the app un-usable for me.
