Syno On gives you an easy way to monitor the status of your NAS Synology, as well as scheduling the turning on and off the device. It has a built-in Wake On Lan-Wan so you can easily turn your DiskStation on when needed.
A SSH console has been added to connect to a router, to the DiskStation itself or to any other device to make the settings needed.
*Although it is possible to use the SSH console and the Wake On Lan function with any device, you must own a NAS Synology and have the latest DSM 5.2 installed to use the other features of this application.*

Works Fine But Needs 2FA Remember This Device

I am using this with a few other third party synology apps. It works fine to download files over torrent but it always asks me to login again for 2FA. I wish there was a remember this device feature.

It asks you to buy the premium for every function except Shut Down. And you can do it a lot easier on safari.

Although one thing I think that’s holding it back is the bt search is quite slow. It takes a long time to search which is a bit of a pain but other then that the app has a nice ui and some cool features.

"Connects" to my DS215j, but never updates the current LED status. Also fails to display currently scheduled tasks. Overall completely useless.

I put in my IP address MAC address ports hit save and then there's nothing else to click on? This app is completely useless.
