The Synergy standard of excellence now expands beyond the corporate apartment and into the palm of your hand. Synergy’s mobile app will allow users to search for furnished accommodations worldwide, view photos, see featured properties and specials or simply learn more about Synergy and their services.
Synergy guests with a confirmed reservation can use the app’s secure log in by simply entering their email address and confirmation number. After log in, guests will have access to all their booking details to include arrival date, departure date, address and how to pick-up keys. Guests can even get directions to their apartment with a simple push of a button. The Around Me function allows guests to find out what’s close by their apartment location such as grocery stores, restaurants or entertainment.
Downloaded this app for my upcoming move to synergy housing, I go and log in with my email and confirmation number and once I click 'my reservation' it becomes highlighted but seems to be a broken link. Very unhelpful till this issue becomes fixed, as I was hoping to use in my upcoming apartment check in
I'd love to give more info but once you log in, it doesn't work. You can't do anything but close the app and try again.
Was able to log in and I think it was all good, once logged in the PG&E just dims and you can't do anything but try again. Relying on the emails sent until that s fixed. Luckily I'm already in and all is well.
Just like the other reviews, it doesn't work after login. Screen goes dim and buttons stop working. iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1
Just useless. 9 out of 10 times I hit the back arrow on the top left corner the screen turns white and it stuck there. The website link from the email works fine so if you really try to make a step forward and make it an app, be sure it works first. Thanks!
