Premium features not working

I love this app. But unfortunately I can’t use the premium features, even after I purchase the subscription. I’m bummed that it’s been more than a month now and this bug hasn’t been fixed.

Love this app. It keeps my contacts up to date and it's very user friendly. But this is the 5th time it’s asked me to give them a review. I also did the trial offer but I will not be keeping it because the price each month is too high in my opinion.

I've always loved this app, 2 days ago we get a "bug fix" and now it's garbage and won't work it all. I've gotten spoiled and love this app but I'm inpatient and don't want to wait any longer for a fix. Shopping for a comparable app now. ?
