Terrible and greedy

This app is not what it used to be. They now charge for what used to the basic services. I have always been a user since it’s launch day. For two years they have been having issues with Facebook sync. Their updates are just to lock more and more basic features behind a paywall. I definitely not recommend them. Look elsewhere...,

Ever since I got a new phone it doesn’t give me the option to sync my contacts with Facebook

I thought that the Facebook missing was just an issue or something so I waited but it’s been months and still no Facebook.... since that’s almost the only social media I use this app is now useless. Deleting it.

Upload the app, give them your phone number and then tell you it’s 19.99. Just tell people right away instead of wasting our time.

Sync me lost its Facebook functionality a log time ago and has not fixed it. I am starting to doubt it will ever work again.

I have lost luster for the sync me. Since it is no longer working with Facebook I feel it has gone down hill. I have contacts that are not email related and are only on Facebook. No pictures anymore I was completely happy when it was working with Facebook, it wasn’t broken- didn’t need fixed.

The app clearly says that the sinks your social media to your contacts but it does not even show any of your Facebook or Instagram friends to sync

This app does nothing ever since they’ve gotten rid of the Facebook photo sync. It is now USELESS. They’ll say the “Facebook API” has changed and that’s why it doesn’t sync anymore. So Why don’t you get a hold of Facebook and rebuilt the app with the new API instead of adding a “Premium sync feature” that charges a monthly fee and does absolutely nothing for contacts. Lifetime subscriber here for years and now I want my money back because this app is useless.
