The mobile version of Symbolab is helpful but doesn't show steps unless you pay $8 for PRO. The desktop webpage shows steps for free but isn't available on iPhones or iPads.

I paid full price for this app and it doesn’t solve all of the ODE (differential equations)

You have to pay for the app to tell you how to solve the problem. It just tells you the answer which isn’t helpful if you want to learn the material.

Camera would not pick up problem

So I not too long ago bought the app and the first day I downloaded it, i was testing it to see how it worked ( which it was ok but just a little confusing ). So after that I just closed it and said I was gone test it on a math problem later. So when later came ( which was like a week or two later) I tried using the camera; and it wouldn’t let me ( not sure exactly what it was saying because the app is deleted now). All I know is the camera function would not work and the app it self was confusing and time consuming.

This is a great app for high school math, as a student in AP AB Calculus this offers in depth explanations, excellent rule reteaches, and the ability to check your answers. My only gripe is the camera function, I am working on a whiteboard and by no means wrote sloppy, however the camera to text refused to work. That’s my only gripe, great work and keep it up Symbolab team!

I downloaded this app to help me figure out a trig identity. However I discovered that in order to view the steps of the problem I would need to pay $7 a month. How is that supposed to help me? Don't download this app it will be a waste of your time.

App is very hard to navigate and doesn’t provide as much information. However, the actual website is much better and gives all the important details.
