Horrible user interface and design

For the amount of money this application costs, there is no simple way to just enter an address and have the application pull it up as a destination. I've tried entering addresses from major hotels or attractions (POIs) in Hanoi so far and none of them can be found. Same for Sapa. Best you can do is try and drill down using their country>>city>>street interface but that often doesn't show most streets either and doesn't really clearly allow you to enter a house address number either. No feedback from support when I reached out... What a waste -- save yourself the wasted money and spend it on a local unlimited 3G data simcard ($27 USD) and use google maps.
Please update the data base!

Sygic is very great application. I love the voice to show the way. I think you need to update or put one more purchase inside to update!
