The search is terrible and you can’t find anything. When you try to search by street names it re directs you to a entirely different search.

Nothing on this app works. I paid 4.99 for everything and I can’t even make an account. Can’t save anything. Everything I click just pops up with an error code. Terrible app I’d like a refund.

Great app especially putting a trip together on a computer but a total disappointment when coming to the app on an iPhone XS Max. Even when I’m in hotspots takes forever to go from one screen to the other and majority of the time it kicks me straight out. Doing a lot of travel to Europe the first couple times I used this app was slow but ok but my last trip to Cologne it was non functional period.

Trips from my group will not appear in my app. Only on the computer version which defeats the purpose.

Worse 10$ I’ve ever spent in my entire life. This app is pure garbage. You can’t just download a map and use it, you need to mark your entire schedule and plans on it, but wait. WHAT IF I DONT HAVE A PLAN and just would like to see the map? Forget about it. This is not the map for that! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I love this app but the old planner is way better and user friendly, I found the old planner on the website but how do I change it back on my phone? I don’t like this new version at all, please help me get the one before the update!
