It put an unauthorized auto payment on my Apple Pay without telling me and I have no clue how to stop it.

I only wanted this app for a one time use and now I can’t cancel my subscription. I don’t want to pay $10/week and I don’t want to be charged either. They say to change to a free version but there are no instructions or buttons that show how to do that.
