What a scam

Tech guy in Target told me this app would move over all my apps. He was wrong. App description says it will move over all contacts and photos. Indeed I t moved all my contacts but randomly chose 7 of my 1200 photos. I wonder if this is just a way for Target to access my contacts and photos. Wish I'd never downloaded it. Turns out it is easy to transfer all your apps through a cloud backup anyway so no need for this app. And this review seems to be only way to lodge a complaint as "contact us" goes nowhere quickly.

So the mobile tech at target told me me to use this app and everything would be transferred to my new device ... Yeah right ... I lost everything in both phones my phone went back to 2014 :( Only been a week still finding it hard to believe... I lost many memories that now I can never get back the only thing I have to remind of those times are thoughts which seem to fade over time ...

My daughter informed me about Switch. It was incredibly easy to transfer my grandsons pictures to my other phone. Thank you!!!

Easy to use! I only wanted my photos transferred and it did so. I had about 3,500 photos and ETA was 1:45hours but it only took about 30 minutes.
