Needs Update!

Ghayoor Arshad

I really enjoy this app. I have tried just about every single task management, to-do list, and productivity app and I keep coming back to Swipes. I love the simple yet powerful design, particularly the tags. But using this app in 2018 is frustrating as the app isn’t optimized for the phone it’s running on. It would be a 5 star rating if it were updated and had continuous support moving forward

It's ok, could use better functionality

Kproxy

I've used swipes for many months now and I can say it's as simple as it gets. My only issues so far is that when you create the task, the first task can't be removed or checked off. It almost doubles as a title for the whole list so if you swipe right it just checks off the entire list. Another issue is that you can't just delete a task within the list that you placed. You have to check it off. My OCD about keeping only necessary info, what I completed and what remains gets crazy about this.

Useful, even without the updates

This is still a useful app even without updates. Easy to learn and easy to use, Swipes is a quick and easy way to manage the "one off" tasks of the day. What I would like to see: co-ordination between this app and several others: 1. Beep Me for quick quick followups (call be back this afternoon) 2. Swipes: main tasks for today (and maybe tomorrow) 3. Goodtask: tasks for today, tomorrow, this week, this month, and next few months 4. OmniFocus: for yuge tasks that span weeks, months, and even years. To the degree that these apps could operate in agreement, with the option of sharing Apple's "Reminders" data, that would be great. In a sense, these apps would become "browsers" to the Reminders (and maybe Notes & calendar) data. Export to tools like Evernote and OneNote, to create archives, would be the capstone. Add in search with Siri to see both where we have been and where we are going. Anything else? Things 3 connecting into this suite of tools would be nice. (But, so far, T3 seems to only talk to calendars.)

Is there an update for the I watch as well?

jpansey

I enjoy using this for my I watch but it says please contact developer for the newest version if there is one. Is there??

Good but missing repeat tasks

IMHO IMO rocks

I like the app, by it needs a way to indicate that a task repeats daily or weekly or monthly. If you indicate that a task is daily, it would appear the next day (and every day).

Great

Only been using it a couple of days, but love it so far

I don’t write reviews

s.U.b.

The title says it all. App reviews to me are tedious, or better put redundant. I pretty sure the app developers can see many metrics of what works and how users are interacting with the app. They also have support and chat options to better help the user find what they need, so a review is to me redundant they have all the info they need. But with all that said swipe is a simple and power tool for the most mundane task to the bigger lifestyle changes people want to implement in their day to day activities. I constantly add ideas to this and set it up to remind me on another day or time when I know I can dedicate my mental space to. It also has recurring task like option for those things you want to implement day to day routine. I would give it 5 stars but hey there is always room for improvement.

Simple but has everything I need

I’ve been really impressed with this app. The interface is very clean and simple. I’m able to customize my tasks by adding notes, reminders, etc. I also like the focus it gives me for one day at a time, and if I don’t finish a task that day I can snooze it for later. It’s a well made app.

Love it (please update)
