The app is full of bugs screens don't work properly and the company that processes the transactions cant even be reached by phone only email
Unusable - can not setup

It must not be compatible with iOS4 yet. The setup screen for inputting your merchant name and settings are not visible. The keyboard is pushed up beyond the top of the viewable screen. The only keyboard line visible is the bottom row beginning with zxc...

I previously used Swipe It before the Reader was available and now that I was able to purchase the Swipe It Reader - I just love it! I was able to have the Swipe It Reader mailed out to me overnight and the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking to extend the reach of their retail store for credit card processing. Keep up the great work Swipe It!

Bottom line if I am reading this right, an additional $20 a month fee and an additional .15 per transaction on top of your current credit card fees. Seems high seeing you purchase the machine and use your iPhone service plan.
