I’ve used a few photo tile companies before and loved Sweet Pix for their customer service. They help explain the process and answer any questions you have once you receive your order. These photo tiles were super easy to use. I’ve had them in my living room and then easily removed them to put in our master bedroom. I love this concept of photo tiles so I don’t have to worry about hanging up frame! That’s always a nightmare for me. Sweet Pix made it easy to order, was delivered fast, and included simple institutions on how to “hang them up”. Thank you for superior customer service!

I just love sweet pix. They are fast and when a problem came up with the post office delivery, they stayed with it until it was resolved, always letting me know what was going on. I just love the pictures and price. Very nice people to deal with.

i have order 4 pics it was too small and the light weight i have spent $45 box which not worthy and print was not good ???
Falls off wall

So at first I loved the way my pics came out! After about a month one falls off the wall and when it hit the ground one of the corners got damaged. I was disappointed but thought that it was something we did. But then a week later a second picture falls off the wall. The idea of these is great but I had to take them all down and they are just sitting in a box. If they would have stayed on the wall I’d order again. But how I have to spend more money to fill up that space on my wall now.

I ordered SweetPix Because my friend ordered them and loved it. They were running a sale so I placed an order for 4. They came out pretty good but once on the wall if they are moved they do cause damage. I had to patch up a few spots Bc the tape took of my wall paint. I emailed customer service and no one every responded.

I’ve had this app for a couple years and finally placed my first order. Why did I wait so long?! I looooove our Sweet Pix! The ordering process was simple, the shipment arrived in 5 days, and they looked amazing! The pix were easy to hang and are the perfect addition to our home. I received my photos and I just love them, I put them up as soon as I could! Unfortunately my email said they were delivered a few days ago and I had went on the porch and waited the next day, still no box. I started to get worried so I sent them an email to see where they could possibly be! I received an email back saying they were here to help, I had updates which was amazing and how she was going to call and do what she could to find it ! And few days went by with her help and I finally received them ! Thanks to Caitlin ❤️
