I love this app. But since the last Apple update, the app does not eventually. It crashes when it is loading.

Problem opening the game

Since the software download of 13.1.1 the game has not been working. Can’t get it to open. Keeps shutting down. How can this be fixed? There were times when you would be in the middle of the game the game would start freezing up in the middle like shaking in a certain area and then shut down. Please advise what is being done? I’ve been a long time fan of this game, very disappointed this happen.
