Bad tracking and no support

Me is playing

At first the app tracked well but within a week or so once I really started to commit to tracking my steps for the raffles and competitions, the app basically stopped tracking my steps. I’ve tried to contact support like how it instructs but it always just brought me to essentially a void of nothing and I don’t receive any confirmation that my compliant was even send/received. I even sent an email which did warn me it might take a while for a response, but months later I did not get an answer so I just gave up. If they accurately recorded my steps I would have stayed but with all this the experience was basically ruined.

Bad app

scott ross (real name btw)

It’s dumb all it does it tells u how much u walk and u spend the sweat coins in dumb stuff and u can’t even cash out the sweat coins into real money which is dumb

Good step tracker but…

EccentricArtist

It won’t let me change my subscription. I’m getting my card changed so I won’t be able to pay the subscription.

Not updated in 2022

The app has not been updated so the 2022 resolution is irrelevant. Last year I could pay $4.75 sweatcoins (not $4.75) to be reach highly daily step totals along with access to better items. Not anyone. Really disappointed how far this app developer has deteriorated in the last 3 years.

This app is a joke, the user is the Clown

I actually had this app about 2-3 years ago but quite literally gave up on it. Your cellular data has to be on, or have the app added to the cellular data, to use it outside since it tracks via location and physical phone movement. Imagine not having unlimited data and turning it on anyways just to earn ¢.30? There is a guy on YouTube—and I’ll be surprised if the devs don’t take down my review—who did the math for sweat coin. To make anything or even get close to earning a prize you’d have to walk for I want to say 8 years? The YouTube video explains it all, but this app is a scam. Also not me, but my friend I got to download this app years ago? She gave her phone to our friend who is on the track team and it still didn’t give her a lot. She took her phone for training and the races! Again, this was her not me— I’m no athlete lol If you really want those prizes then walking isn’t the way to go with this one. You’ll have to tell your friends to sign up so that both of you get the sign up bonus reward. Keep building up from there pretty much, just cycle through contacts and have them sign up. I only looked back on this app to see how it was doing after abandoning it for so long. I’m really shocked they are even still on the app store

It’s good but what happened to the old market place it was way better

scam

plastic_surgeon(bewbs)

Absolute scam, it said I’d get $20 in this investment app for 5 sweat coins (if I invested $5 of my own) so I bought it and invested $5… who would’ve guessed I didn’t get the $20

Just gets worse and worse

I’ve been using this app for roughly 4 years. Trying to save up to get one of the larger prizes, but every update it gets worse. First it made the good prizes auctions so you needed to save up an insane amount, now you have to pay $25 a year in order to even use your sweatcoins on the good items. At this point there is no reason to use the app other then to use sweatcoins to get discounts that I could get from the product sites directly. Was once a good app but gone downhill from greed.
