I love SVD but this app is ?!! I don’t think I’ve won a raffle since they started doing it via this app only. I’ve never been notified if I won or lost. Every month there has been some kinda issue with this app weather it is login problems where you can’t login to your account after it logs you out for no reason, and this problem always seems to happen when there’s a drop or something important so you end up SOL. The list goes on, but I hope since I’m not the only one unhappy ? that someone will take notice and maybe do some updates sooner then later?

I’ve never done one of these but I use this app fix it it’s trash right now all around you guys see all these complaints but do nothing to fix the stuff Apple should fine app makers for Low stars and bad reviews this is terrible FIX THE APP GOLLY !!!!!!!!!
Consistent “Make sure you have network access” error

Can’t take part in any of the raffles and this consistent error doesn’t let me login to my account. This is honestly very unbecoming of a store like that yours.

It has been quite a few months and this app still would not let me log in. It gives me the error message “Make sure you have network access “. What’s the hell is going on. All my other apps are working normal, SNKRS, Nike, adidas, SNS, Finishline, StockX, Grailed, Poshmark, etc.

It seems that SVD paid someone $20 from Craigslist to develop this horrible app. It take about 10-15 tries to log in(if it works). Just get a new platform and start over again. This ain’t it.

Got a notification this morning to hurry up and open the app because this shoe I wanted went up for sale (which I entered a raffle for so not sure how that works) then I tried to open up the app to buy the shoe and have been waiting 25 minutes now just to get past the login in screen. I feel disappointed that I can’t even try for the shoe I want and this has been happening for the past week where I have to wait hours just to get in the app. Please fix this.

It’s seems as tho the person who developed and is developing this app is on a constant lsd trip. I takes about 30mins to get logged in and then another 30mins to enter your desired raffle. I could have made this app in under an hour.

This app is junk, a waste of time flat out. You will never be able to enter a raffle ever. You can auto login all day long with no problem. But as soon as they tell you sign ups are open no more auto login and by the time you get logged in the raffle is closed. I wish there was a negative star button because in this case it would have been used -5 stars!!!!!
