I luv, luv, luv ur Costa Mesa Store! I’m going to tell all my Fountain Valley & Santa Ana & Huntington Beach friends. I have lots of friends! Chelsea helped us today & she was delightful, helpful & charming. We rushed from Laguna Beach on Monday evening, and made it at (approximately) 2-3 minutes to closing. I hope you know who the 2 or maybe 3 girls who closed that night because THEY were delightful, helpful & charming too. I never, ever felt like they were thinking, “Come on people, hurry it up, we want to close.” I am 64 years old and was in the workforce close to 40 years. I managed 3 departments in my career, so I take a very close look at members of a business’s staff. The professional, courteous & kindly way your staff conducts themselves is a reflection of those at the top; and a progressive and nurturing management style. It is a pleasure doing business together and I look forward to a SWEET relationship in the future. And of course, I cannot forget to tell you that you, my dear Susie, are an Exceptional Baker! I believe right now, your Susie’s Nutty is in 1st place?in our family. But your Red Velvet cupcake is a ?for me! But we still have so many of your treats to try.
