I lost all my coins, level reset to 1, and my record shows no wins, no matches, and 36 commends. I still have all my clothes. What happened?

I like so much Survivor Royals so much because of its game modes like blitzkrieg, zombie, 50 vs 50, costume game and more like leagues and shooting from the car to the outside, just to make it better, can you make an M1 Garand as a sniper rifle with its clips, desert eagles and claymores as well as self healing with the medic gun and to place military shields in ground and a don’t use the default red dot sight on guns, instead add their normal sights like iron sights and stuff like lasers too, and when parachuting from the plane to have a handgun when getting to the ground and have something to defend our selfs and make guilds to have teammates and more friends and make the skins be permanent for gold chests and for wood chests to have temporary skins. Thx.

Plant vs.zombies
Possibly the easiest round I've ever done, but I've only gone to top 3 before today, when I got to only one other player I got so nervous even though I had the HUGE advantage with my level 3 armor combined with a shotgun and tiny safe zone, (s)he was doomed fighting against me. That and I had to hide my phone from one of my teachers doing a lecture all while doing this so I wouldn't appear rude, yet I still manage to win despite all my nervousness I was like a great white shark to little guppies, I am a digital veteran GG
