Amusing, but cannot sustain any multiplayer game - the other opponent always disappears after 1, maybe 2 rounds. And there is no explanation as to why a computer opponent gets to usually play multiple cards, and sometimes the human player doesn't even get to play one.

As card games go this one is not the best looking. But after playing to level 9 I'm really loving this game. It fun to play using real life items instead of monsters and magic like every other card game. There's a fair bit of strategy involved. My biggest complaint is a lack of directions in deck construction. You just have to guess on the amount of cards you want in a deck. After playing other card games I've learned a smaller deck gives you better odds on playing your best cards. I wound like it if they decided to add traps in the game.

The special effects and abilities are all baked right into the soldiers you deploy. This game is my dream game, because the soldiers become the center point of the game since they both attack and execute abilities. There's positioning involved, and it's such a simple game anyone can play. Adding in KOTH, or CTF using the Locatiions would be THE BEST thing for a card game like this. Well done, for now. I hope this game isn't dead...

How was "Late October" taken?
As other reviewers have mentioned, at a certain point you will get stuck at a boss because they are much stronger than you and the only way to progress reasonably is to pay real money to buy packs in game. There should be a way to gain some in-game cash that can be used to purchase cards/packs.
