I haven’t played this game in a long time it’s a very nice game and it scared the crap out of me when I called the phone number on the phone and it says if you’re in an emergency call 911
How to unlock the alien level

Where is the alien level. It is not even there. There is no way I can find the alien level. Do we have to pay any money or do something just for the alien level. If there is no on mobile I will delete this game and rate it a 1 star.Also that I will expose u for being a list

Some people are saying how stupid the controls are when that is the literal meaning of the game it’s a challenge so don’t listen to the people who are just very babies just get the controls are apart of the challenge of the game
How to unlock the alien level on phone

If you look over to the right there will be a cassette tape with the number “7261” on it pick it up and drag it to the upper left of the desk and the will be a cartridge slot tap on it then it will open put the cassette tape in then press the green button and it will say in a weird voice “7...2...6...1” then it will bring you to space then it will be a case with the alien inside of it type in the keypad 7261 as the cod the it will open then theirs the alien then it will say preform blah blah blah translplant and it is absolutely free!!
App does not work

I am using a mobile device and the app will not work. When opening the app up it had showed a tutorial section. It had me first move the screen which I did and it worked; then it moved to dragging items around and that was when the app started having some problems because if you drag the item the app doesn’t realize that so you are stuck on that. I had reported the problem to Apple explaining what was wrong and asking for a refund but instead they said “you don’t qualify for a refund” so I have an app that doesn’t work and I won’t get money back cause I don’t qualify. I wouldn’t recommend this app because if it doesn’t work you won’t get the money back and you as well will be stuck with a app that doesn’t even work.

This is an awful game!!! It is a great idea and it seems awesome at first, but I’ve been playing the game for 30 minutes and I am still on the first surgery. The controls are terrible!!! I can’t control the utensils so I end up cutting everything and then the patient dies. Im soooooo close to completing the surgery but the. My patient dies!!! Worst $5 ever spent ? If I could give this app negative stars I would
