Brilliant game just a little violent parts accept one of the best games I have ever played so fun.
Good just bad achievement

There’s this one achievement where you have to finish the heart transplant under one minute in the corridor. That achievement is impossible. How am I supposed to do it under a minute when I have to wait 10 seconds for the first cart to come? And wait for other carts to come. It’s UNLIKELY that you’ll get a useful tool. Can you remove this achievement please? Or add more time? Please?

I feel like surgeon simulator could come back again with big update for Mobile adding the other surgery’s too and also it’d be great if the achievement “no tears only dreams now” achievement could be explained ? I miss surgeon simulator, please have a comeback...

Controls are bad but do-able there are actually 5 transplants (including the alien) and the tutorial does not get stuck you pick up the hammer then break ribs

This game is HORRIBLE for the phone, I wouldn't recommend buying it if you have a phone. I might as well have taken five dollars and poured gasoline on them and set them on fire.
