Easy to use/simple dashboard, nice option at log in to save user ID or not, and great use of mobile deposit feature! ?Used app to view all accounts and can search branch locations to call them directly from app if I have any questions! ??

This is the worst banking app I've ever used. 90% of the time I try to use it it says to call for assistance. It's been like 2 months and no progress. If I need to call a number every time I want to check my balance I may as well not use the app at all
